Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.9 & s.15, the Maynard Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a REMOTE public hearing on Monday, July 24, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. to hear all persons interested in the Variance Application filed by Michael Ahern of 11 Amory Ave. The subject property, 11 Amory Ave, is located within Zoning District S1. Per Section 5.1.4 of Maynard Zoning By-laws, the petitioner is requesting a Variance to build a screened-in porch on a structure over coverage by 1.1%. The applicant is asking to increase the coverage by an additional 1.4%.
