Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5 and s.9, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing on April 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard MA, 01754 and also accessible via ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by the petitioner: Maynard Crossing JV, LLC, 259 Turnpike Road, Suite 100, Southborough, MA 01772.
The Petitioner is requesting a modification of the Site Plan for Maynard Crossing, 129 Parker Street, approved by the Planning Board on March 21, 2022, as authorized by Section 10.5 of the Zoning By-laws. This request is pursuant to Sections 9.3 and 10.4 of the Zoning By-laws and the Concept Plan approved by Town Meeting on October 5, 2016.
