Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing on Tuesday March 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 195 Main Street, Maynard MA, 01754 and accessible via ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the Special Permit renewal request filed by GreenStar, Inc., DBA Rise, 22-24 Main Street, Maynard.


Consistent with Sections 7.9, 9.4.6 and 10.4 of the Zoning By-Laws, the petitioner is requesting renewal of the existing Special Permit allowing a cannabis retail establishment at 22-24 Main Street.
