The subject property (25 Great Road) is a non-conforming single-family dwelling located in Zone S-1 (Single Family Residence District 1). The applicant is requesting a Special Permit extending the existing side setback non-conformity (15 feet required, 11.7 feet provided) to construct an addition to the residence.
