1.I.

NOI Continued - 115 Main St

The applicant did not provide final plans for approval including a final site plan and a final landscape. Agent recommends continuing meeting September 12, 2023 after the planning board has also had time to review the project.

1.II.

NOI Continued - 2 Powder Mill Rd

**New Material**

The applicant submitted new materials to show the plan for Underground Storage Tank (UST) removal. Due to the complexity of this process and the desire for the site to get cleaned up as soon as possible; Agent recommends denying the new development at this time due to lack of information and approving clean up of the site. This would include clean up of the UST, demolition of buildings and removal of unsuitable soils on site.

2.

12 Bancroft - Stormwater Permit Extension

Civico Development is requesting an extension on the stormwater permit issued September 2020. Agent has no objections and however recommends extending permit for two years. We want to ensure that the best technology and products are used and appropriate. With the ever changing climate and development around Maynard, We will be able to evaluate the stormwater design in two years.

3.

Ice House Landing Signage

The chair is asking for feedback on the signage that was sent around for new informational signs at Ice House Landing
