Notice of Intent - 5 BLUE JAY WAY

**DEP assigned the number 213-293 and had no comment***

Proposed project consists of a patio and sunroom addition that will replace the existing deck:

Applicant Narrative: Proposed work within 100' of a Bordering Vegetated Wetlands consists of the construction of a patio. Proposed work within the 50’ Buffer zone includes a small portion of the patio, removal of the existing deck, and construction of a sunroom in the location of the removed deck. All work is being completed in pre-disturbed areas. A siltation barrier will be provided downgradient of the proposed work. The project will first install the siltation barrier, remove the deck, then construct the patio and sunroom.

Notice of Intent - 2 POWDER MILL RD

This item must be immediately continued without discussion due to the legal ad not being published in time for this hearing. Agent requests the Commission vote to continue the hearing until March 23, 2023.   


RDA - 4 Riverside Park

This RDA was filed by Dominic McConnachie for work on their property located at 4 Riverside Park Maynard MA 01754. Work includes trenching for a water line and improvements to a barn within 200 ft riverfront area and within 50 ft buffer zone of the resource area. See attached application and plans.
